Customer service is second to none, communication from the team is amazing and the product.. speaks for itself. Kerri never disappoints, she has been amazing every time we come in ! She treats us like family.The service department is quick, friendly and helpful too.

This is the kind of store you want to go to, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I call about a used Gold wing and being from out of town Kerri went over the whole unit by way of a video call showing me everything about the bike. She was very helpful. This is the kind of service that will keep people coming back. I highly recommend this store.

I had a small issue with my ATV and spoke to service about it. They fixed the problem in less than a week. Quick service, staff are very knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely deal with them again.

Can honestly say it was the best customer service we have had in years. Purchased a new 2023 Polaris Ranger and every question was answered professionally and with a welcome to family attitude . Never had lets meet some of staff that assist you moving forward with whatever you may need. A phone call stated would be made by Kris to us was done as he stated he would. New Honda ATV works great! Definitely a no nonsense process dealing Kerri at Westside and I really appreciated it. I've purchased new toys from a couple different dealers for yahama and a few different car dealersips and I wouldn't recommend any of them, But I'd recommend you guys anyday and will 100% be coming back for purchases in the future! Bought a 130hp Honda outboard there. Had a issue with the prop. The owner, Ken took good care of me. We tried 3 different props & the issue was resolved without any further costs to me. The owner & his mechanic took me in my boat on the water to test each prop. I would highly recommend this business. I was very very pleased.
